Terms of Service

Welcome to Shufl FM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shufl FM mobile application ("App"), operated by Grapevine Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Shufl FM, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

  • Shufl FM is a mobile application available on iOS. The App provides its core functionality to all users, with an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Lifetime Access") that unlocks additional premium features permanently. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

3. User Accounts

  • Certain features of the App may require you to create an account or sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. In-App Purchase – Lifetime Access

4.1 Purchase Terms

  • Shufl FM offers a single one-time in-app purchase that grants you permanent access to all premium features ("Lifetime Access"). The purchase is processed through Apple's App Store.

4.2 Pricing

  • The price of Lifetime Access is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change the price at any time, but any price change will not affect purchases already completed.

4.3 Refunds

  • All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. For assistance, visit https://support.apple.com/en-ca/111901.

4.4 No Subscriptions

  • Shufl FM does not offer any subscription-based purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage or impair our servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and functionality of Shufl FM are the exclusive property of Grapevine Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

  • The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAPEVINE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LIFETIME ACCESS PURCHASE, OR FIFTY POUNDS STERLING (£50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grapevine Labs from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14. Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary.

15. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grapevine Labs regarding your use of the App.
